Holy Warriors Unite Against the Unquiet Dead. A divine mission has once again united the Humans, Spirits, and Angels of Innistrad. Together, these protectors will stand against the shadows, fighting for humanity’s salvation. Evil rules the night. Shambling hordes of the dead roam free, their cemetery gates in ruins, as powerful Demons soar overhead. The fate of the living remains shrouded in darkness. Will you defend hope or snuff it out?

Blessed vs. Cursed is a break from tradition, as the Spring Duel Deck usually features two planeswalkers as the foil mythics of the product, but that shouldn’t matter so long as the contents have cards of value and usefulness, and if the deck are enjoyable and fun to play against each.

This is often the scale upon which most duel decks balance: World While cards, meaning cards that needed reprinting for constructed formats such as standard and modern, and fun gameplay, meaning these deck which were designed to play against each other are an even match, letting you and a friend get enjoyable, balanced casual games of magic with one another.

Striking this balance is often a hard one, especially since the concept of “fun” is highly subjective. Given that, let’s start with the more determinable financial value of this product.

The Duel Decks include a Magic “learn to play” guide, a strategy insert, a spindown life counter and 5 tokens each.
